The problem

Marketing slips when there's no time and no marketer.

The competitors who show up win, on Google, LinkedIn and now ChatGPT.

How Kleos works

One loop: plan, create, publish, measure, improve

  1. Plan.

Learns your business, builds a 30-day calendar.

  2. Create.

Posts, articles and newsletters in your voice.

  3. Publish.

Approved pieces, on schedule, to your channels.

  4. Measure.

Traffic, AI mentions and competitors, every week.

  5. Improve.

Tells you what to do next, then checks it worked.

Tracking shows trends, not promises.

A draft held to your facts

AccordProposal software for consultants, agencies and freelancers

You sent the proposal on Tuesday. It's Friday. Has the client even opened it?

Most small studios can't answer that. So the follow-up runs on gut feel, and it tends to fail in one of two ways.

Chase too early and you're nudging someone who hasn't looked yet. You seem pushy before they've read a word.

Chase too late and the warmth from the discovery call has gone. The deal isn't lost. It just goes quiet.

Why does this keep happening? In a studio of a few people, whoever sent the proposal is also running live projects. Follow-ups live in memory or on a sticky note, and they lose out to whatever is urgent today. Memory also can't tell you the one thing that matters: whether the client has read it.

On a website rebuild worth several thousand dollars, guessing wrong is expensive either way.

A more useful rule: time follow-ups to what the client has done, not to how many days have passed.

  • Not opened? Check it reached the right person.
  • Opened, no reply? Offer to answer questions.
  • Opened repeatedly? It's probably being shared. Ask who else needs to weigh in.

Then schedule the next touch, so it doesn't depend on anyone remembering.

If you'd like to see how viewing and follow-up fit into a proposal, there's an illustrative sample at https://accord.new-odyssey.com

  • Problem: follow-ups timed by guesswork
  • Useful even if the reader never buys
  • Ends with a sample to look at, not a sales pitch

Three more jobs Kleos does inside the same workspace, using the same business facts, voice and approval.

  • Live

    Brand Signals

Find the conversations that matter to your brand. Public mentions of you and your competitors on the web, in news, on Hacker News and in AI answers, each with its source and the reason it matters, and replies you approve.

  • Live

    Content gaps

Find the content opportunities your competitors are capturing. Searches your competitors rank for and you don't, with DataForSEO's volume, difficulty and dates, their ranking page and your closest page, saved to your plan in one click.

  • Live

    Creative briefs

Turn scattered ideas into a creative brief your team can use. Notes, links and references plus your brand facts become a structured brief with fact-backed proof points: edit, version, share by link, export PDF or Markdown, turn into a campaign.

Questions

Before you start

Will Kleos get ChatGPT to recommend us?

Nobody can promise that, and we don't. Kleos shows which AI assistants name you for your customers' questions and who they name instead, then writes content that answers them. It checks weekly and tracks the trend.

Who is Kleos for?

B2B founders, consultants, agencies and small marketing teams who know they should market every week but can't find the time. It also works for local, e-commerce and nonprofit businesses.

Who is it not for?

Businesses that live on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or Google Business Profile: coming soon, so you'd post those drafts yourself. Teams that need AI tracking several times a day, sentiment, an MCP server or a self-hosted tool. Agencies that need client logins limited to one business.

What do I pay, and when?

Your plan and first post are free. Approve that post, add a card, and a 7-day trial starts. Then Starter is $49, Growth $149 or Pro $299 a month unless you cancel from Billing. We email you before the trial ends.

How long does setup take?

A few minutes. Enter your website, check the buyers Kleos found, pick the problem to lead with. In our own test run, the plan and first post took 2 min 31 s. Your AI-visibility snapshot shows on the same screen.

Will it sound like us, and will it make things up?

Your voice comes from your website and brand settings, and you can correct it. A draft that breaks a “Never say” rule, names a feature you don't have or links to a missing page can't be approved. Every post and newsletter includes 2 free rewrites.

Does Google penalize AI-written content?

Google says AI-assisted content is fine when it's helpful, and that pages mass-produced without adding value break its spam policies. Kleos plans each article around a real customer question and checks it against your existing pages.

How does Kleos compare with other marketing tools?

Kleos covers what a writer, scheduler, SEO content tool and AI-visibility tracker do separately, from $49 a month. Each can go deeper at its one job. The dated, sourced comparison is on its own page.

See the comparison →

Can consultants and agencies use it for clients?

Yes. Growth covers 3 businesses and 5 people, Pro 10 businesses and 15 people, with no per-seat charge. Each client business is kept separate.

For consultants and agencies →

What's live today, and what's coming?

Today Kleos publishes to LinkedIn, X, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Ghost, ActiveCampaign (newsletters), HTML and Markdown export. The full list of what works now and what's on the way is on the pricing page.

What happens to our data?

We don't sell personal data or use your content to train our own models. AI providers process it under their API terms, and AI-assistant checks send only your tracked questions. Export your content as HTML or Markdown, or ask us to delete your workspace.
